1. Shipping Methods and Costs
In order to provide you with the best service and ensure fast delivery, we ship via cooperative logistics. Shipping costs are borne by us.
We aim to ship within 3 working days. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and will start from the date of shipment; we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.
We are unable to resend orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order at the specified delivery address.
2. Guest Checkout

3. First Order

4. Insurance
We insure every item purchased from the time it is shipped to you. We require a signature for any delivered items, at which point the responsibility for your purchase will be transferred to you. If you are not the recipient of the purchase (e.g. a gift order), the person signing for the package confirms receipt and is responsible for the package.
